New Dubai South Business Hub offers same-day licensing and online setup

DUBAI – Dubai South, the largest single-urban master development in the region, has officially launched the Dubai South Business Hub (DSBH), a digital-first free zone platform designed to simplify and accelerate business setup for entrepreneurs, SMEs, and global enterprises.
Located within the Dubai South Business Park, DSBH allows companies to complete formation entirely online with same-day licensing, end-to-end digital applications, and one-click services for visas, renewals, and compliance.
What does it offer?
The hub combines speed with convenience, enabling founders to manage all documentation through a secure portal. DSBH also integrates a “Beyond Hub” platform, which provides corporate banking support, VAT and accounting services, family relocation assistance, and government liaison. This ensures businesses can operate smoothly while remaining fully compliant from the first day of operations.

The launch was confirmed by Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, who stated that the new platform reflects Dubai South’s commitment to supporting the ambitions of entrepreneurs and enterprises alike.
